Magnesite chrome brick to magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as the main ingredient, periclase and spinel as main mineral components of refractory products.
1. Direct-bonded Magnesite chrome brick is made by chrome ore with low content of impurities and pure magnesite,firing at the temperature above 1700°C.
2. Semi-rebonded and Fuse-rebonded magnesite chrome brick are made by fused magnesite chrome sinter.

Magnesium chromium bricks are mainly used in the metallurgical industry, such as constructing open hearth furnace tops, electric furnace tops, external refining furnaces, and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces. Molten magnesia chrome bricks are used at the high temperature part of the furnace wall of the ultra high power electric furnace, magnesia chrome bricks made of synthetic materials are used in the high erosion area of the external refining furnace, and synthetic materials are used in the high erosion area of the non-ferrous Flash smelting furnace.
